Welcome to AhaThreapy, a secure digital ecosystem built to support professionals, clients, and institutions in delivering and managing health and wellness services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, which govern your legal relationship with us.

1. Scope of Services

Our platform offers tools and services to support wellness-focused interactions, including therapy, coaching, consultation, diagnostics, progress tracking, session management, and administrative oversight. These services are powered by AI-assisted features and data-secure infrastructure.

2. User Roles

  • Practitioners: Certified or licensed professionals in psychology, counselling, psychiatry, nutrition, fitness, yoga, physiotherapy, life coaching, energy healing, and other recognized allied health or wellness practices.
  • Clients/End Users: Individuals receiving services from professionals through the platform.
  • Institutions: Organizations using the platform to manage or coordinate services, including clinics, hospitals, schools, NGOs, government bodies, CSR foundations, and corporate wellness divisions.

3. Eligibility

  • At least 18 years of age or represented by a guardian
  • Registered with accurate and verifiable information
  • Operating within the scope of their legal, professional, or organizational authority

4. Responsibilities of Each User Type

  • Practitioners are responsible for the ethical, lawful, and professional delivery of services.
  • Clients are responsible for providing truthful information and using the platform respectfully.
  • Institutions are responsible for proper internal user access, data governance, and verifying the credentials of any affiliated practitioners onboarded under their account.

5. Platform Use and Restrictions

  • Not to upload or transmit harmful, illegal, abusive, or misleading content
  • Not to impersonate, harass, or exploit others
  • To respect privacy, consent, and intellectual property norms

6. Use of AI Tools

The platform may use AI to assist in generating session summaries, behavior patterns, suggestions, or automated reports.
Disclaimer: AI outputs are supportive, not diagnostic. Professional or institutional discretion is mandatory.

7. Data Security and Privacy

We maintain strict compliance with DPDPA (India), HIPAA (USA), and GDPR (EU). For detailed policies on data collection, retention, access rights, and withdrawal of consent, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Payment and Billing (if applicable)

If your plan includes premium features or integrated services (like assessments, analytics, or white-labeled dashboards), fees will be outlined at purchase. Institutional users may be billed under custom contracts.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of platform policies, legal or ethical standards, or for harmful behavior toward users or misuse of data.
  • Users may terminate accounts at any time by written request.

10. Platform Access and Downtime

While we strive for uninterrupted access, the platform may be temporarily unavailable for updates, security fixes, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for incidental losses due to outages.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for clinical or professional errors by practitioners or institutions
  • Client dissatisfaction or outcomes
  • Unauthorized data use by institution-level administrators
  • Disputes between users or third-party payment systems

12. Policy Updates

These terms may be modified periodically. Continued usage implies acceptance of the updated version.

13. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed under the jurisdiction of Lucknow, India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or court as specified in our Dispute Resolution Policy.
