Cancellation & Refunds Policy
At AhaTherapy, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your therapy sessions. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures to ensure transparency and fairness for all our clients.
1. Session Cancellation Policy
- 24+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit.
- 12-24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before your session will receive a 50% refund or credit.
- Less than 12 Hours: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your session are not eligible for refunds, but may be rescheduled at the therapist's discretion.
- No-Show: If you miss your session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- For payments made via Razorpay, refunds will be credited to your original payment source.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee at the therapist's discretion.
- Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original session date.
4. Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies can arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, we will work with you to find a fair solution. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
5. Therapist Cancellations
- If your therapist needs to cancel a session, you will be notified as soon as possible.
- You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- We will make every effort to provide you with an alternative therapist if your regular therapist is unavailable.
6. Subscription and Package Refunds
- If you have purchased a therapy package or subscription, refunds will be calculated based on the number of sessions used.
- Unused sessions will be refunded at the pro-rated rate.
- Used sessions will be charged at the individual session rate.
7. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
- Log into your AhaTherapy account and go to your upcoming sessions
- Click on the session you wish to cancel
- Select "Cancel Session" and choose your reason
- If you're eligible for a refund, it will be processed automatically

8. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about a refund or cancellation decision, please contact our support team. We will review your case and work with you to find a resolution that is fair to both parties.
